Presently seeking Commercial Lenders in our Jacksonville, Volusia, South Florida, Tampa, Central Florida and Pinellas markets:

Commercial Relationship Manager (commercial lender)
We are currently seeking a professional with proven commercial and small business banking relationship building, credit analysis, and loan underwriting experience.  Requirements include a minimum of 5 years local market knowledge with business development experience working with the professional and small to medium size company sector.  The ability to understand and analyze business financial statements, along with strong written communication and organizational skills are also required.

To support our fast growing retail network in Florida the following positions will be sought for the majority of Florida markets:

Branch Manager
The qualified candidates will be responsible for administration, operations and growth of a single branch including leading the entire branch team to ensure the goals of the profitability plan are met and exceeded and functioning as the lead lending officer for the branch in both the installment and commercial/small business sectors.  We are seeking a minimum of 10 years experience in the financial services industry with proven retail and/or commercial banking relationship building experience. 

Personal Banker
The qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a sales/customer service representative capacity (or comparable work experience); considerable knowledge of the features/benefits of various bank deposit products; general knowledge of loan and non-retail products; solid sales, referral and customer service skills; and excellent verbal/written communication skills. 

Customer Service Representative (Teller)
The qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 6 months experience as a Teller (or comparable cash handling sales position); effective verbal/written communication skills; and proven customer service abilities.  Completion of an on-the-job formal training program will be a condition of continued employment.

The Florida Capital Bank Mortgage Division is a provider of conforming and non-conforming loan products.  We offer a wide range of competitively priced loan products with features desired by our clients.  We are seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals who possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage banking.
